While our collars are designed to be fashionable as well as functional; they are intended to be used only under supervision and are not intended for tie-outs. Noodle Dog is not liable whatsoever for any damage, injury, or death caused by negligence, accident, or abuse. When you purchase our merchandise; the vendor waives all responsibility in case of any mishappenings. We thank you for your understanding.

Noodle Dog products are made to last and built with the highest quality materials; however if your product finds damage after regular use (ie; a crystal or two falls out, or a piece of hardware breaks), we are more than happy to repair minor issues. Shipping is at customer's expense.

We do not accept returns for any mistakes made on behalf of the customer. If you have any issues with your order; please contact us and we will be more than happy to figure things out. 

We do not accept or offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on ready to ship (RTS) items.
